Since buying the Cross House 3-1/2-years ago, I have been eager to complete a particular project.
Eager.
Breathless with anticipation.
Impatient!
And today…today…victory!

YUMMY, YUMMY, YUMMY!
Wow, I have been really anxiously waiting for this moment. It’s absolutely beautiful!!!!!!! I probably will not sleep well until I get to see it in person next week. Great job, Ross.
IT HAS BEEN VANQUISHED!
STUPENDOUS!
Yay! Congratulations on a job well done!
Astonishng!
One thing of note is color #5 under the dining room window is very close to limestone foundation. It seems to clash in color. Perhaps the band of green will fool the eye. It may be enough of a separation. However the workmanship is lovely nevertheless.
I just looked at the previous inching along post & it just seems like the light is different—sunshine versus shade. The darker green strip will separate & look lovely.
This is AMAZING. Its astonishing on how such a small piece can have such a large effect on the entire structure. I really love colour #5, it somehow looks rustic. Fantastic work Ross.
If I’d known today was the big day, I’d have shown up with champagne. Whoo hoo!
Gobsmacked! As usual.
You have done such an amazing job. I lived in landmarked Brooklyn Heights for a long time and after witnessing so many gut “rehabs” I used to wonder which stick on those brownstones is actually still from the 19th Century. I so admire your dedication to bringing this house back to glory.
Exquisite! All the time and attention to detail that you spend shows in this perfection!
Fantastic!
Looks amazing! I think that you should license these before & after pics to historic districts across the country to show not just the power of preservation- but a period correct paint job as well!
Wow Stunning!!!
