Before. After.

Online, I found this very sad-looking 1960 Italian tôle 6-bulb surface-mounted ceiling fixture. The poor dear. I would not have purchased it but had sold the same fixture previously on a number of occasions. So, I knew it would sell, and I knew what it could look like under the dirt, burned-out sockets, and rust. Wanna see?

    Exquisite!

This is one of the most beautiful vintage lights you have restored!

    The details are marvelous!

The lighting fixture has the most lovely elements of whimsy with florals and leaves!

Well, I LOVE that. You did a great job restoring it. No repairs or missing pieces. Just dirty. Yeah, not the time period for my house either but I still like it. Love the color, love how the sockets are shaped like the petals of the flowers. It is a bouquet, beautifully balanced. Even though it is from the 60s it still has a timelessness to it. It’s just lovely and there is absolutely no place in my house that would go. But I still love it.

Ooh, it’s lovely. 💮 It’s such an appealing fixture, I’d definitely figure out a place for it in my house. 🧡
