I came across this 1930s Spanish-Revival-style cast-iron chandelier by Virden. It had suffered the indignity of being sprayed silver.

I revived the fixture in matt black.

I adore all the details and curves. And that finial! Tooooooo delicious!

The whole is just stunning. It’s an honor to restore it to life.
