I found this is an antique store this weekend. I recognized it as being by Lightolier, and I adore Lightolier.
Soooooooo yummy.
The fixture was missing its finial but I knew what it looked like, and had a matching one in storage!!!!!!!!

Very elegant! That glass fountain reminds me of the Candlewick/Boopie pattern. Those are some fun glasses!
