Found these online. Oh my. What a mess. And…yellow paint????????

All pretty!

The fixtures are by Anchor (ankerlicht), and made in Holland!

Cool.

Please note that these Fresnel-type shades offer more than just mere illumination. If you live by the sea, they will certainly prove invaluable in warding off danger! Imagine, if you will, that it’s a foggy, cold, wind-tossed night. The moon is hidden. Waves are furiously crashing over the nearby rocks. Unbeknownst to you, an incoming cargo ship, laden with spices, is headed straight for your home! Oh no! However, all is not lost! The captain sees the light from the Fresnel shades! He sounds the alarm, turns the wheel sharply to port, and narrowly avoids crashing the ship’s mighty bow into your home. Well, it is hoped!

Bubble bottoms! I love it!

The bubble bottoms are the best. I like how you cleaned and restored but were able to keep that aged patina.

These are fabulous! And yes, I have been on Fire Island in the off season and imagined a similar seaward disaster, but mine involved pirates heading towards me. I do love these from top to bottom.
