A 1940s Silver Beauty
My online vintage lighting store.
I was in an antique shop and almost passed this by. It was stuck in a corner. I liked that it retained its original glass shades, AND ceiling canopy!
The fixture is by Lehrolite, and is from the 1940s.
The whole is silver-plated, and this retains its original protective lacquer. So, no polishing!
The shades have gorgeous wheel-cut flowers and shades. If you have a traditionally-styled home built in the 1940s or 1950s, then this exquisite chandelier may be ideal!
