One of my favorite Cross house attributes-love the curved opening of the sun porch leading to the double window with the stained glass. The sun porch is my favorite part of the exterior. Sooo happy to see your progress these last few months!
I love this side more than words can say, with that round sun porch opening. May the universe bring you abundant joy for preserving this old gal in the way she deserves. I have enjoyed watching your progress so much!
How beautiful this Lady looks! She keeps telling you her secrets; a door here was original, one key to every door, there was no doorway to the Sun porch originally, etc. I feel she would like to have a screen door as well as a solid door going to the Sun Porch. Something pretty and painted to match, that can let the breeze in and some fresh air, when weather in Kansas permits. I love to listen to all the secrets your “Lady House” is confiding to you, Ross. The love you have for this home is extra special. Love watching the exterior becoming “face lifted” to the beauty she once was!
Looking sharp! So close!

Those shingles are just shining with a pride they deserve to have. I love your work.
Plop plop fizz fizz oh what a relief it is! The finish line is touchable!
Congrats!
It’s looking so crispy! Love it. Can’t wait to see it in person on Sunday!
