Lying Bastards

This is a political post.

If you hate politics, do not scroll down.

If you do scroll down….caveat emptor.

Even though the GOP controls all three branches of governments, our government has been shut down due to an inability to pass a CR (continuing resolution) to temporarily pass the budget.

Each party is trying to blame the other.

But only one party is lying: the GOP.

Trump has sent out repeated tweets about Democrats endangering our troops.

And today, Pence spoke before our troops in Syria:

“…a minority in the Senate has decided to play politics with military pay. But you deserve better. You and your families shouldn’t have to worry for one minute about whether you’re going to get paid as you serve in the uniform of the United States. The President, the Vice President, and the American people are not going to put up with it.”

This is disgusting. The Vice President is scaring or troops.

And he is lying.

Sir, have you no decency?

Trump, have you no decency?

For, the truth is that a Democrat, Senator Clair McCaskill, made a motion on the Senate floor to protect funding for the US military.

And guess who objected? And shut down the motion?

A Republican. And not just any ol’ Republican, but the Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell.

Don’t believe me?

Watch for yourself.

It’s disgusting.

And then Trump and Pence lied to our troops, and the American people.

I’ve been tweeting to Bitch McConnell and Mango Mussolini tonight, telling them what disingenuous people they are. Trump is also claiming that the Women’s March is in celebration of him! I’m sure I’ll be banned from his twitter soon.

Havn’t we all had enough! When will this stop?

What one puts out will boomerang back to them double fold.

I so miss the Obama days…

I am in complete agreement with you Ross! I love Claire! I live in Missouri and vote for her every time. These Republicans are truly unbelievable! I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life to be an American. The lies are ungodly and the shame of it is that a lot of people believe the BS.

    (Pardon my language)

In all honesty. Out of all the things Trump has said. All the things he’s done. All the things congress has done and said(including repealing net neutrality) Bitch McConnell’s shut down of that bill angers me the most. My late grandfather was in the military, I believe he served during/in Vietnam. My living grandfather served. At least two great grandfathers fought in wars. My recently passed dear great grandmother was a “Rosie the Riveter”(the real one just passed as well) I also have an uncle who is active in the military. I have a ton of family history with the military(though who doesn’t).

McConnell’s smack down has thus far been the largest, most disgraceful insult to the American people and military I have thus far EVER seen by a Government official.

I don’t support or condone war in the least. But I support the troops; the men and women who give their lives, to be sacrificed. But the fact that they don’t get payed. Because a bunch of petty lying FOOLS, cannot get their shit together and make a budget, as they get payed. Then when someone with real brains comes along, to protect that very military in the event that just happened, Only for this….creature of intolerance, selfishness, bastardized… hoofwanking thundercunt.

Yes, VERY strong words. But nothing else displays my distaste even close to what I have of McConnell. I distaste him more than trump. Time after time he as proven how little he cares for anyone, and he doesn’t get the level and scale of criticism that trump does.

I only wait for the day he’s gone.

And Mitch, right after Obama was elected, declared to the GOP that their mission was to assure that Obama would be a one-term President, and that they would block everything he wanted.

This put their party above the country, which is IMO traitorous.

Of course Obama did serve two terms but the GOP never relented.

Then Mitch orchestrated the theft of a Supreme Court seat. Again, party above country.

I hope he burns in Hell.

Indeed. I see his shooting down of the bill to be traitorous, as is party above country like you said. I see their threat to Obama was only because race, then it escalated to much more. Though in the end they did fail, on nearly every aspect.
