Missing Kitties
Gray.
Yesterday, Gray went to the vet. Time to get spayed.
I will pick her up tomorrow.
And my house feels utterly devoid of life without her.
How can a creature which I did not know even existed two months ago so infiltrate a human heart?

That’s just what they do…
We had a cat who looked just like her. She was incredibly attached to my dad. A few months after she passed away, I brought my parents a stray cat (and one of her kittens) that needed a home. My mom nearly died when she opened the carrier, because this new kitty looked just like the old kitty. I always think of that when I see cats who look like this.
Thanks for loving her and taking care of her needs. They really do worm their way into your soul.
