Ta-Da!

So, y’all remember when a huge wind storm blew down a large portion of the protective cat fence at the house where I live.
Normally, I would have called Justin, and we would have had it back up within days. But, he’s been totally unavailable.
I managed to get a lot of it rebuilt. But I only finished today. I feel very manly.
It helped that it was in the 60s today. This will plummet to 16 on Thursday. So, I had some powerful motivation. Motivation is important at 64-years-old.
Curiously, the cats stayed clear of the damaged fence all this time. It seemed to confuse them. Or perhaps scare them.
And today?

Yay! You are awesome!
Bravo Ross! The perimeter is once again secure. The cats know what/ who is good for them. The cat nails on metal sheet must have given them the heebie-jeebies (similar to human nails on chalk board).
Well done, Ross! You beat the snow and cold. I’m sure you’ll feel better knowing your cats are safe again while you’re in Emporia working on the house.
Hooray for the kitties! 🙂
