An Inspiring Talent
Jonathan Antoine was 17 when he entered Britain’s Got Talent.
He was…an improbable contestant. And a nervous wreck. Then he began to sing. Wow.
He’s continued to do well. He’s now 25 and it’s been wonderful seeing him gain self-assurance. He’s got a new song out, which is also improbable But…wow:

Not only is he a great talent, but he has integrity. He sang with a young woman when he auditioned. Simon told him that he has an amazing voice, but she didn’t merit going on. Not only did he refuse to compete without her, but they sang together professionally for several years before he went solo.
And in refusing to compete without Charlotte, the pair went on to win that season’s Britain’s Got Talent. They finally split when they decided they’d run out of duets appropriate for their voices.
Well that was just beautiful! I was a fan of John Denver ( and Queen, Abba, and the Bee Gees) even when they had faded in popularity. But their music has stood the test of time!! What a great rendition of a John Denver hit….what a voice!!
