   That is a fabulous table! I love the grain of the wood. I’m hoping my Dad’s old dresser will restore to something like that.

   My weakness is chairs, but how many chairs can one sit on and put around the house? I have six for the dining room table, plus one for each vanity, plus one for the desk in the library. Trying to figure out where another one or two could go if I purge the house a bit. I’ve already needlepointed a seat for one chair and have plans for another. Using an old book of Berlinwork patterns.

   I love the vase on the table. I have some pieces of decorative glass that might be looking for a new home. They are turquoise and bead and button pattern. Let me know if you are interested. The color is similar to what you have going on in a few rooms. Very peacock.

   Are you familiar with the ‘bat and poppy’ Voysey wallpaper design?

   I’ve always wanted to use some of their paper, but I am far too nervous.

   Anyway, I feel like you’d love the creative bats cavorting around poppies
