This 1930s fixture by Lightolier didn’t look too bad. But then I took a Magic Eraser to it? Oh. Oh my!

 

OH MY!

 

In 1935, the fixture, from Lightolier’s SAVOY series, was $8.35. My, how times have changed.

    It’s got just the right amount of patina now. Not too festy and not too clean. Perfect. Just right.
