Zebra pillows!
Zebra pillows, nice! But, Ross, I have a question! How do you resist NOT constantly running into the parlor to admire it, in order to get anything else done?????
Resistance has proved…futile.
Yes I adore a great print on the pillows!!! Astounding work my friend
Then you are gonna LOVE what is arriving in two weeks.
Can I guess? I have a feeling it’s going to be a zebra rug.
You have already posted about the lettering around the oculus, but it isn’t in your before picture in this post. I am also not seeing the same covers on the two that had the fabric from the other drapes that you were originally considering. You seem to have replaced them with a fabric that has a dark turquoise background with a black geometric pattern, possibly textured, on the sofa, and I what appears to be a neutral on the chair. Lastly only one pillow that is of the actual drape fabric with a button in the middle instead of two in the first picture.
Lastly, the first picture doesn’t have any cobwebs near the ceiling. (Just Kidding)
Stewart, there are certainly no cobwebs in the Cross House!
I know, just wanted to see if you were awake.
Right radiator and trim!!
I said red up there in the heavens near the oculus, you said you had a plan. I said add a bit of animal print, you pulled out the zebra. Okay Ross, this one is going to cost a FORTUNE! A deep green (or whatever color matches the glass in the window) glass bowl filled with fresh flowers the colors of the floral motif in the center stained glass panel to be set in the center of the table. My eye begs for it!
And I agree with Rhonda, I don’t know how you can accomplish anything these days with such an inviting room pulling you to come a sit a spell. Just lovely. Congratulations.

Wheels on the chair are facing different directions
The carpet hump is smaller
Photo framing
The lighting from off-camera right is stronger
You missed that it is easier to see things outside. I don’t know if I can speak for Ross, but if I could, I would say there is to be no humping on the carpet in the Cross House either.

Evil Stewart is in the building.
You switched out the curved couch for the other one. Zebra pillow, blue geometric, and it looks like the matching pillow on the dark striped upholstered chair is now a cream coloured pillow. Of course, the writing around the ceiling circle, the right hand radiator (oooh!)
Looks perfect!
Ross, did you happen to work for Highlights What’s Different page?
Seriously, Happy 4th of July, to all. Remember THE responsibilities of being an American!! Let us not lose the rights our forefathers laid out so very wisely; let us stand for these beliefs and values. We each have the power. It’s called a “vote” that is counted!! And have a hot dog with a tad of mustard, for me!!! Enjoy your family, friends, neighbors and country.

Right radiator & molding
Pillow changes with dark teal small pillow added & ?animal prints on 2 other pillows
Love the zebra pillows and the lettering!
You raised the ceiling light fixture, so it doesn’t block the lovely stained glass window. Both beautiful items can shine unimpeded!
I have just started reading this blog, so I don’t know yet whether you stated this or not. It was the first thing I noticed, then the zebra pillows. I didn’t notice the right radiator….which is a good thing in the grand scope of things.
I think I could read your blog 5 hours a day and still not get caught up in the next week! I do so love studying your pictures and absorbing all of the details and hard work.

I am glad you found this house, and it found you.
