I decided that the 12-inch-wide siding was soooooo not gonna work. Yes, it will later be removed when the porch roof is installed but this is years away. In the meantime…
…I will install the Dr. Doug siding. I want this ONE section to look its very best. And that fabulous window? It soooooo deserves the proper framing, right?
