CH: Day 27
The scaffolding deck is moved to the top level. And I got several more rows of siding on. I am crossing my fingers that I can finish the siding tomorrow. Soon, this wall will be finished and painted!!!!!!!!
What next? The west wall? Early in the afternoon this is not in the sun. So, it makes sense to paint this before it gets super hot. I have decided NOT to relocate the entry for now. The entry and small window I will prime white, ditto for all the siding. The window to the right though? Its sashes have been restored and are gloss black. My plan, thus, is to paint the window trim the moss green color. I think this will offer an intriguing complement to the restored wall to the far left.
The north wall is, of course, always in shade so this might be the ideal project during the summer heat.

Sounds like a great plan to use the shade to your advantage. Looks great! Baby steps are getting you there!
Too bad there isn’t enough time to relocate the front door and then put the big window in it’s place. That would be a huge step forward, plus you could paint once instead of twice. But it is what it is. Knock out that list for the city, then you can take your time doing what needs to get done in your own time in your own order of priorities. At least you know what you want and have a plan.
