CH: Day 73
Yesterday, I brought the large sash (for the window frame now below the Carriage House turret) into the air-conditioned splendor of the Cross House basement.
The sash is a mess. I think though that it can be saved. I think.
I will do what I can, reglaze the glass, and prime it with oil-based white primer. Later…much later…I will paint it gloss black.
The same window has an upper sash with diamond leaded-glass. I am hoping to pick it up this month.

I’m sure you can save it. The Cross House magic will help you out.
Does this mean you are going to install the entrance door around the side sooner rather than later? After all, you can’t go in and out the window if that sash and glass are installed.
