Cody Scores!
The Cross House is blessed with FABULOUS hardware. You can read all about it, here. A few months back Cody found an Austerlitz-pattern exterior door set. However while all my interior doors are the Austerlitz-pattern, my exterior doors are the Kelp pattern by Yale & Towne. So, I was going to pass on the set but then thought of the carriage house. Should I use the set on its exterior front door? I thought: Sure!

I am missing 23 window sash pulls. Or, rather, was. Thanks to another Cody score, I am now only missing 18! Thanks, Cody!

The door plates came in four sizes. The one on Etsy is the small one, which wasn’t used in the Cross House.

What made so many sash pulls disappear?

It seems that the previous owner removed many, put them in a can and, when he left the house, the can inadvertently went with him.
He has promised to return the pulls if he ever finds them.
