   Wow. Such a lot of work in such a small space.

   Question: Are you going to paint it, now that it’s fixed? Or will you wait and do all the painting at once, when you finish work on the south side?

   I love the south facade and the drama of its initial decrepitude compared to the finished, crisp result is going to be soooooo tasty.
