Looks like a griffin. Carla did a long post about her collection of them.
Bravo Kenny!!
Those serpent/bulldog heads look Chinese to me.
A really fabulous find at an insane price.
Beautiful table, very appropriate for the Cross House.
I do believe it is a Merklen Brothers table having seen a similar table online for a grand price. Your house and table will compliment each other.
That’s a dolphin, a very popular motif in antique ceramics and furniture.

Just a beautiful table for a ridiculous price!! Will look great in the house.
Bravo, Kenny! That table is lovely. The animals on the table look a bit like Chinese Foo dogs. They usually come in pairs, male and female (like yin and yang). You can tell them apart because the male dogs hold a ball under one paw and the female dogs hold a puppy. Whatever the detail is, it is delightful. Have you decided where it will live in the house?
Those are dolphin/sea serpent motifs popular on ceramics, furniture, and garden ornamentation throughout history, particularly the neo- classical period.

Seems like a Chinese sea serpent as the dragons/sea serpents frequently appear to have a bulldog like head.
Exquisite table and luscious Kenny find!
Asian dolphins?

Looks like this Hollywood Regency table is copying an earlier design, but not very well. Kenny’s table is the real deal that is being copied.
Glad it isn’t a snake! Beautiful!
Yay Kenny! Beautiful table for the Cross House.
