Leveling
The sun porch at the carriage house was originally an open porch. Its floor was, of course, sloped to allow water to drain off. But with the room now fully enclosed, and soon to have a washer/dryer, the floor needs to be level. So, Justin installed new angled joists. A new floor will then be installed atop these. Ditto for the former pantry, soon-to-be full bathroom.
