Magic Molasses

I have been asked several times over the years what was used to reline the built-in gutters of the Cross House. This is the answer.
The stuff is like molasses. It is thick and you brush it on. It will seal SMALL leaks and SMALL holes. If you have a large holes or cracks, these first need some metal riveted on, and then you can brush on the molasses.
I have no idea of how long the stuff lasts.

It has worked well and hopefully provide more years of sealing the gutter seams.
That stuff looks like it will last forever!
How in the world did you even get the lid off?
