Squee!!!!!!!!

October 2016.

November 2016. Scaffolding was erected. But Ross never climbed. it. So it just sat through December, January, February, March, April, May, June…

…and to July 2017. Then more scaffolding was erected. And Ross, at last, went to work.

Today. Today! NO MORE SCAFFOLDING!!!!!!!!

Yay! No more scaffolding! So much progress since that first picture you posted above – fence down, new paint, and SO many restored windows. It looks beautiful.

Nice! And only about 3 panels left to strip on the door. You work fast, considering that it is a huge house. So happy for you, Ross.

    Huzzah!*

*I love that word. I don’t get nearly enough opportunities to use it.

It looks fantastic! Just a little more, and the north wall will stop traffic. I woke up at 3:15AM this morning to a busted water pine in the 2nd floor bath…my newly restored kitchen is in ruins today. So, if you don’t mind, I am going to look at this picture and imagine that I am sitting in a lawn chair in Kansas, admiring it in person until I feel like going home and dealing with my mess…

I sure would like to see some of the light paint from the front porch gable, on the stamped tin above the porch on this side????

Yippee!! What an accomplishment Ross! Morning coffee without Ross is just dull.
