See the tippy-top?
Well, via the wonder of scaffolding, the tippy-top is now accessible…
…allowing me an intimate relationship with the all-seeing Eye of Emporia. The Eye sees EVERYTHING! It knows ALL! There is no hiding from THE EYE!!!!!!!!
I’m anxious to see how the new/original paint scheme changes the eye color!?
You are a busy man!!!
Yes, Carla! No more red eye on Emporia.
If you don’t install a tiny camera in the center of that eye, then I’ll want to know why.
Ross, it looks like a ceiling medallion- is it? Was it custom made for the Cross house or was it a catalog item? Is it wood or is it made of terne metal? This is a first for me, seeing such a medallion on a Queen Ann house.
The Cross House exterior abounds with stamped metal designs.
I assumed the metal was by WF Norman, but I contacted them and they said the work was not by them. So, a mystery!
