It is hard to believe, but this pair of south-facing Living Room windows were pristine in 2013. This though is how they looked in 2026, after being left out in the rain and sun and snow for 13 years.
And now. I painted the 1950s siding to complement the vinyl siding.

I believe it. I also have an old wooden house (1922) and south facing windows. Not as bad as yours as we don’t get the harsh winters and summers here like you do but I totally get it.
Looking very crispy now.
You are almost in prime house selling season. How close are you to listing?
Ooh, so very crispy! Which reminds me: I have an entire porch that needs attention. Time to get that on the docket for spring, once the April showers are done.

Hi Ross,
So glad to see this post. I was doing my weekly Sunday check of your blogs and was starting to worry. And, I always look forward all of your updates!
Lovely! They are ready for their pictures, Ross dahlink.
They are ready for their closeup!
You always complete the painting so crisply!
Great Job! It is funny how a little touch-up makes such a huge difference.
