The Table Is Set…AGAIN

In February, I posted about have some friends over to dine at the Cross House. You might enjoy rereading the post. It is a lovely read, and offers background.

We all met again at Dr. Doug’s house in May.

And again last Tuesday at the Cross House.

Main doors open, ready for company:

Table set. Note the elegance, a contrast to a ruin of a room.

Can you tell I’m gay?

Louis and Phyllis were unable to come at the last minute.

But Sarah, Denise, Richard, Linda, Oggie, Susi, and Doug attended, brought food, and we, again, had a wonderful time. I feel so grateful to have such passionate, informed, and lovely people in my life.

You set a beautiful table. I never get tired of seeing that beautiful chandelier. and you have furnished it beautifully too. The actual room? That will come. It’s the contents that matter and in that, I mean the people present at the table. You’re lucky to have so many good friends.

Very elegant indeed, and the stained glass windows really add color and beauty to the room.
