Our local architectural salvage and reproduction hardware store has a very close high-quality match to this. We used them to replace the 1950s moderne hardware on our original 1928 kitchen cabinets:

Why such plain hardware? The hardware in my butlers pantry is much more fancy than that. Is it because my house is from the 1860’s instead of the late 1890’s? Hardware did become more plain after 1905.

All the hardware in the servant’s areas is very plain.
Maybe it’s just the lighting in the photo, but that really looks like a bower-barff finish.
