I have been wanting new floor registers for my house. One website had some lovely registers but I could not decide which model I liked best.
Then I realized that I did not have to pick just one. So, I picked my two favorite models.

I have a very large floor two grate register, one half in the dining room and half in the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall. So far the dogs haven’t noticed them. While I would love to replace both grates with something more decorative and period, they are such an odd size that will never happen.
As for *your* custom floor registers, I’m afraid they wouldn’t wear very well in my house, having dogs and all. They do look quite cosy though. And the style and color go with everything.
When I just googled floor registers because I did not know the term, I found offers for customizable ones at etsy. You might want to look there.
