Looking rather splendid, Ross! Little baby steps indeed but its a marked improvement over the rough-looking plywood underneath the adorable kitchen window. Amazing, too, how far you have come in these 152 days.

    I’ve got a question.

If you put two coats of primer on them, why not put at least one coat of primer on them before installation? Would that speed anything up or make it easier?

    Hi all
I’ve just caught up. Wow, what a journey! A roller-coaster ride through two different timelines of the history of the Cross/Ross (C/Ross?) house. It has filled me with happiness, wonderment, dread, joy, sadness and relief.

The gorgeous Queen Anne has always been my favorite architecture style, so to see this grand beauty coming back to life fills my heart.

Thank you, Ross, for all your blood, sweat and tears as you work to restore this gift.

I look forward to following along in real time. Im going to reread all the posts now, and this time I’ll read all the comments. I know there’s a lot I missed!

Anne! What a delight to meet you!

And the comments are the best part!

      BIG hug!
