Hello! Remember Me?

Yes, my posts have WAY dropped. More than ever before.

Rest assured though that things are still moving ahead at the carriage house but posting pictures of taping and mudding and priming just does not seem to be very exciting.

I have also been INCREDIBLY busy with my lighting business. November was insane, and I have yet to catch my breath.

Cody, as you know, has now moved in and a lot of effort has been expended helping him to settle in. And I have yet to see his second kitty.

Tomorrow will be another insane day as Cody and I will drive to Wichita to drop off seven lights for a buyer. I also hope to return with a beautiful 1920s beveled glass front door to replace the current carriage house door which has a a large Lucite panel in the middle. I know! Lucite! The horror!

At the moment it is almost midnight. I am exhausted after restoring all seven lights for the above-mentioned buyer, AND packing a lovely Early Electric pendant. I still have four classic schoolhouse fixtures to pack but my body may give out before this happens.

I hope y’all are well. BIG hug!
