   Your worst fears unrealized, Ross, thank goodness, and the baby steps continue with your beautiful attention to detail. Let the good luck continue. The beauty you are producing on this side will be so satisfying to you and all who behold it, to be sure. Not sure what was done to keep sane prior to podcasts and other portable media, but you certainly found a winning combo. Hope the weather remains kind, for the most part. You have many rooting for you. You are a force to be reckoned with, and admired.

   Baby steps! Bit by bit, they add up to something amazing. The house is looking sooooo much better — and much more crispy. When you can look up from the million and one little details to see the big picture, you must be so pleased.
