My Non Day
Today was a bit over 100-degrees.
I kept waiting for the humidity to drop. It did. Some.
Around 12:30PM I departed for the Cross House. The humidity was a bit over 50%. So, not good but not HORRIBLE.
The house was 92-degrees inside. Yikes. I turned on the AC, made lunch, and ate in the dining room with a huge fan facing me. All OK.
Then I stepped outside with the intention to do some work on the Carriage House. The humidity level though chased away my aspirations, STAT.
I got into the car, drove to visit Sarah and John, got the car washed and vacuumed, went to…EEK!…Walmart for the first time in two years to buy a new printer (mine died this morning), and then made a grocery run.
The day, thus, was much about nothing…yet still something.
Arriving home I was soon in bed for a nap with very very very old Fine snuggled with me. My smile was wide.

Awwwww Fine loves you too, Ross.
It was a non Carriage House day but not a non day. Some days you just have to do life stuff.
Plus you had lunch in the Cross House and I’m sure you thought about next steps.
You got a lot done, not what you were expecting, but things that won’t have to be done another day. Napping with Fine will give you energy for another day at the Carriage House.
