I love tile. I love the look, the feel, the ease of cleaning and the ease of installation. It comes in so many shapes, sizes, colors, textures and patterns. I love that it has been used for millennium.
I once saw an advertisement in a vintage magazine during Tut mania so likely in the 20s. It was the most beautiful tiled bathroom I had ever seen. I wish I had saved a photo or information as to year, magazine, etc so I could find it again. I’ve looked for years but never been able to find it. The memory is fading but I remember it had egyptian patterns, a lot of cobalt blue and gold and it was the most beautiful bathroom I have ever seen. EVER!
